Heather Vuyancih, PHR and SHRM-CP – HR Consultant

Heather Vuyancih is a Human Resources business partner with a passion for the people-aspect of business.  She strongly believes that people are the heart of any organization and her strength is in aligning policies and strategies with business objectives to support continued growth.

Heather has over 12 years of experience working with a diverse group of companies, from local startups to well-established global organizations.  Prior to joining CA HR Services, Heather was the Director of Human Resources for a fast-growing solar company, overseeing the Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Environmental Health & Safety, and Office Administration functions.  She has also previously worked for a Human Resources outsourcing company, supporting a diverse group of businesses simultaneously.

Heather possesses a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology as well as PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
