Tonya Amy – Senior HR Consultant

Tonya Amy has over 20 years of HR experience in hospitality, food and beverage, manufacturing, education, technology, etc. As a consultant, Tonya works closely with executives, building corporate cultures, establishing organizational integrity, designing compensation plans and structures, and designing job descriptions. Tonya is especially strong in developing HR departments for small businesses, recruitment and retention, training and development, organizational and strategic planning, designing and managing performance management and employee reviews, benefits and administration, payroll processing and payroll audits, employee relations, and much more. Tonya has a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management from the University of Redlands. Prior to joining CA HR Services, she worked at the Welk Resort as the HR Manager, managing the Southern CA territory, supporting 900 employees at 2 resorts. Prior to that, Tonya worked at various organizations as the HR Manager where she provided a wide range of HR services including designing a Human Resources department from the ground up, managing day to day HR functions, recruiting, managing multi-state payroll functions and more.
