Nadia Ardebili, MBA – President/Founder

California HR Services was founded by Nadia Ardebili in response to numerous requests for her expertise as a seasoned HR professional. With nearly 30 years of management, business, and executive-level experience, Nadia has worked across start-ups, small businesses, and Fortune 100/500 companies in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Her industry experience spans across Construction, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Arts and Entertainment, Education, Giftware, Internet Marketing, and eCommerce. Nadia holds an MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources Management, as well as Bachelor’s degrees in Hospitality Management with minors in Business Administration and Marketing.

Nadia is an active member of the San Diego and National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is deeply committed to her community, volunteering for numerous local organizations such as the Humane Society, California Coastal Cleanup, Fill-A-Belly, and local schools including San Elijo Elementary and San Marcos High School.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Nadia teaches the Human Resources Management Certificate Program at MiraCosta College, offering classes across the Oceanside, Carlsbad, and San Elijo campuses. This program is tailored for office managers, small business owners, and aspiring HR professionals looking to enhance their knowledge and obtain a Certificate in HR Management.

Nadia is also a sought-after speaker and presenter. She presents regularly at various organizations throughout California and is a routine speaker for the office of EDD (Employment Development Department) as well as a number of Chamber of Commerces located in California, including the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce’s Member Business Training Series and recently led the “HR Hot Topics for Small Businesses” sessions for Chamber members.

In addition to her speaking engagements, Nadia is an active advocate for small businesses, serving as a lobbyist and attending meetings in Sacramento to champion initiatives that matter most to small business owners. She is also a familiar voice in the media, having been interviewed by various news outlets and podcasts to address emerging issues and advocate for small business rights.

Nadia’s expertise extends to the legal arena, where she serves as a subject matter expert in trials, offering her insights in court cases related to human resources and employment matters. Her dedication to supporting businesses and her breadth of knowledge make her a sought-after resource in the HR community.

Furthering her dedication to workforce development, Nadia serves on the Board of the San Diego CEAC (California Employer Advisory Council). This board provides strategic advice and advocacy for EDD programs and services, supporting employers by offering guidance and year round free training to small businesses on employment-related issues and maximizing the value of payroll tax investments.

Nadia founded CA HR Services/Nationwide HR Services, Inc. with a passion for supporting small businesses across California, the United States, and beyond in managing their HR needs. Her goal is to enable businesses to focus on their core objectives and deliver exceptional services without the burden of navigating HR complexities. Guided by her philosophy of providing HR services with a HEART, Nadia leads an outstanding team of dedicated HR professionals who genuinely care about the success and well-being of their clients.

Nadia Ardebili is a sought-after speaker and trainer, known for delivering engaging, practical programs on leadership, management, labor law, and HR best practices for small businesses. She serves on the Board of the San Diego Employer Advisory Council (SDEAC) and, in collaboration with the Employment Development Department (EDD), provides impactful training that helps businesses navigate today’s complex employment landscape with confidence. She also regularly presents at Chambers of Commerce throughout San Diego County.

In addition, Nadia teaches the Human Resources Certificate Program at MiraCosta College and, in partnership with MiraCosta College, delivers management and leadership training on a wide range of topics, including human resources, labor and employment law, leadership best practices, communication, and conflict resolution.
